Below you will find details about how to return or exchange your purchases made online or collected in- store. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the delivery invoice or other proof of purchase.
- All returned items will be inspected. Returns must be properly packed and must be returned in unused condition, contain all original packing materials including accessories, manuals etc.
- Customers are advised to open and inspect products for physical damage within 24 hours of the delivery. Any physical damage including shipment carton should be reported to Divine Fortune within 24 hours of delivery via Tel No- +234 (810)250-2553 and also send mail to [email protected]. Do not sign the shipping receipt or delivery invoice. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect within 24hours. If you need to exchange it for the same item or of higher valued item, call or send us an email at [email protected], we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage caused by us. If you are eligible, we will approve a replacement product.
- If the value of the new product is higher than the value of the product being exchanged, you will be required to pay the excess amount due prior to delivering new product to you
- If the value of the new product is lower than the value of the product being exchanged, the difference in value shall be retained in your account and shall be available for your use immediately or in the future.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund subject to product not damaged by you.
- Upon the approval of refund, the same bank account through which the payment was made shall be credited within two (2) business days.
